Training and Support

Training forms an integral part of the service and there is a requirement that all carers who join the agency will attend and participate in carer’s training sessions. Every carer will have a personal training portfolio, containing certificates and documentary evidence of training attended. All carers working with this agency will have the opportunity to achieve NVQ Level3 and the possibility of a degree in Therapeutic Child Care.
