Measure of Recovery

SACCS will assess each child’s level of emotional health using the Recovery Assessment in Recovery Measures. The first assessment will take place at the beginning of placement continuing every 6 months until the end of placement.

From the first assessment, Individual Recovery Plans will be developed for and with each child. These plans will aim to address specific needs for each individual child, by identifying and implementing a consistent and clear approach by the whole Recovery Team.
